The Hundred is a UK-based cricket league, using a 100-ball format. Organised by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the format consists of a Round Robin league and playoffs, generally played during the July-August window. As of now, four editions of The Hundred Men’s Competition have happened. The first edition was played in 2021, won by Southern Brave after defeating Birmingham Phoenix in the final by 32 runs. In 2024, The Hundred Men’s Competition, Oval Invincibles won the title by defeating Southern Brave in the final. The Hundred Schedule 2025
The 5th edition of The Hundred is set to commence from August 05, 2025, at Lord’s, London. London Spirits and the defending champions, Oval Invincibles, will lock horns in the tournament opener. The game will start at 6:30 PM Local Time (11:00 PM IST). A total of seven venues will host the games in the season. Those venues are London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, Southampton, and Nottingham.
Eight teams will participate in the tournament. Those teams are the London Spirits, Oval Invincibles, Manchester Originals, Southern Brave, Northern Superchargers, Welsh Fire, Birmingham Phoenix, and Trent Rockets. The team that will finish first in the points table will directly qualify for The Hundred 2025 Final. Lord’s, London, will host the final of the season on August 31, 2025. The teams who will finish at No. 2 and 3 will play an Eliminator on August 30, 2025, at the Kennington Oval, London. Let’s now see The Hundred Schedule 2025.
