Team India Annual Contract 2024-25 Players List (Senior Men’s)

The BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) has announced the Team India Annual Contract 2024-25 on April 21, 2025. They announced the news on their official website, bcci.tv. A total of 34 players have been contracted in a BCCI Annual Contract. Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan are back in the Team India Annual Contract List after missing out last year because of missing the domestic games. Grade A+ is the highest rank in the BCCI Annual Contract, and Grade C is the minimum rank. This contract applies from October 01, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan missed out on a Team India Annual Contract last time. The BCCI did not give them a contract because they missed a few domestic games, as mandated by the board. Although there are a few more players who did not feature in domestic games, only these two have to pay the price. Now, both players are back in the Team India Annual Contract 2024-25.

Shreyas Iyer found himself in a Grade B category while Ishan Kishan features in a Grade C category.

How Many Categories Are There in The Annual Contract?

There are a total of four categories in the Team India Annual Contract 2024-25. Those categories are Grade A+, A, B, and C. A total of four players feature in the A+ category, 6 in the A category, 5 in the B category, and 19 in the C category (most).

Rishabh Pant Back in A Category

Rishabh Pant, a prolific wicketkeeper batter, has found a place in the A category again. He missed out on an A category and featured in the B category because he missed most of his cricket in the past 1.5 years due to a car accident. There is no change in the A+ category list from the last time. Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja have found themselves in an A+ category list of the BCCI Annual Contract 2024-25.

What About The A and B categories?
